Narrative Description of Project:
The project comprises the construction of a deluxe finishing complex on a plot area of 1600 m2. It consists of 60 flats, each flat contains 2 bedrooms, living hall, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a room for the driver. Number of floors is 18 consisting of one basement, ground, Mezzanine and 15 typical floors. The ground contains a swimming pool and a car park. The Mezzanine contains a sporting and gymnasium hall to the inhabitants.
