The project of Umm Qasr City Housing Complex comprises urban planning and design for the upper and inner infrastructure services, villa unit housing blocks and services buildings on a plot area of 330,000 square meters. The housing city consists of the following major components:

• Clinic Center
• Mosque  7) Market Mall
• Social mutli-purpose hall
• Green areas
• Playgrounds
• Market Mall
• Primary School
• Secondary School
• Administration building
• Police Station
• Water treatment plant.

While the infrastructure services planning and design includes:

• Roads
• Electricity Network
• Telephone Network
• Water Supply System
• Sanitary & Sewer Network
• Storm Water Lines
• Firefighting Network
• Landscaping & Outer Fence
• Traffic Signage
