Narrative Description of Project:
The project comprises the renovation for the front court of the Dasman complex in order to overcome problems related to the service drainage, and to create new utilization for the front court. The Scope of Work included the following:
- Redesigning the existing fountain and new stairs to the front court of the complex. Landscaping including new fountain design, new cafeteria and a covered area has also been done. The interior design works for the ceiling, flooring and walls of the main two entrance lobbies of the complex.
- Study the drainage system at the basement and the entrance court of the complex, and provide mechanical design works and solutions. The enhancement of the existing mechanical pumping equipment at the basement.
- Preparation of the Tender documents; general and ground rules and specifications
