Narrative Description of Project:

The work comprises the construction, completion, maintenance and handing over of a sports hall in Ghobiry. The building generally includes:

Second basement floor (Area: 3050 m2) for parking and service.
First basement floor (Area: 3050 m2) for multipurpose hall and entertainment area.
Ground floor (Area: 1900 m2) for playing area (Court) with related facilities and entrance hall with external works.
Mezzanine floor (Area: 690 m2) for stage area.
First floor (Area: 580 m2) for cafeteria and office area.
Roof floor (Area: 1000 m2) for technical area

The works include all Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical trades.
